Returns and Exchange policy

Thank you for choosing intiemoda for your undergarment needs. We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Due to the intimate nature of undergarments and for hygiene reasons, we have established a strict no return, no exchange, and no refund policy. Please review the details of our policy below.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

No Exchange

For the safety and comfort of all our customers, all undergarment purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any undergarment products under any circumstances. This policy is in place to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity.
 

No Refunds

All sales of undergarments are non-refundable. Once a purchase is completed, we cannot process any refunds, regardless of the reason. We encourage you to carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase.

Exchanges

We only replace items if there are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us email at [email protected].

Product Description and Sizing

To help you make informed decisions, we provide detailed product descriptions and sizing guides for all our undergarments. Please ensure that you select the correct size and style before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about our products, our customer service team is available to assist you.

Defective or Damaged Items

In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged undergarment, please contact our customer service team within 1 day of receipt. We will require photographic evidence of the defect or damage to assess the issue. If a product is deemed defective or damaged, we will provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

There are certain situations where no refunds or exchange are granted:

  • Signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 calendar days after delivery

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping returns

Only defective or damaged items can be returned.

To return your product, you should contact us: [email protected].

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
